中医护理干预对老年高血压病人血压影响的网状Meta分析
Effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension:a network Meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the effects of clinical commonly used Chinese medicine nursing intervention on blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:RCT articles published in CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data,PubMed,Web of Science and the Cochrane Library on improving hypertension of elderly patients referring the comparing 7 kinds of nursing intervention including moxibustion,acupressure,Baduanjin,traditional Chinese medicine auricular therapy,Guasha,Tai Chi and Chinese herbal acupoint application with routine treatment were retrieved.And retrieval time was from database establishment to March 10,2023.Literature screening,data extraction,and evaluation of the risk of bias in the included studies were carried out.The network Meta-analysis and surface under the cumulative ranking curve area were used to compare and rank the effectiveness.Results:A total of 32 articles were ultimately included.The results of the network Meta-analysis showed that among the 7 traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,acupressure had the best effect on improving blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertensive.In terms of systolic blood pressure control,the top three in terms of effectiveness were conventional treatment+acupressure,conventional treatment+Chinese herbal acupoint application,and conventional treatment+Guasha in order.In terms of diastolic blood pressure control,the top three in terms of effectiveness were conventional treatment+acupressure,conventional treatment+moxibustion,and conventional treatment+Chinese herbal acupoint application in order.In terms of reducing the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom complex,Guasha had the best effect.Conclusions:Existing evidences showed that clinical commonly used Chinese medicine nursing intervention had their own characteristics in improving blood pressure of elderly patients with hypertension.And acupressure has the best effect in improving blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension.关键词
