Abstract
The 175 MPa ultra-high pressure blowout preventer(BOP)assembly is developed to meet the urgent needs of national oil and gas field exploration and development in ultra-deep wells over 10 000 meters and ultra-high pressure reservoirs.It represents the highest pressure rating and the most advanced design in well control equipment both domestically and internationally.As a non-standard product,its design,manufacturing,verification,and application differ significantly from conventional products,making quality control particularly crucial to ensure the overall performance of the equipment.To guarantee quality,the supervision agency has divided the supervision process for the 175 MPa ultra-high pressure BOP assembly into detailed stages,with each phase of supervision work meticulously broken down and explained.This approach has achieved effective supervision results,providing valuable insights for supervision agencies in managing 175 MPa ultra-high pressure equipment.关键词
