Abstract
Welding,as a critical joining technology,is widely utilized in equipment manufacturing and installation projects.The quality of welds directly impacts the safety,reliability,and service life of equipment.From the perspective of equipment supervision,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of common welding defects,such as porosity,cracks,lack of penetration,slag inclusion,and undercut during the welding process.It elaborates on the root causes of these issues and proposes targeted corrective measures,preventive methods,and key inspection points during production.Additionally,the paper explores effective strategies for operator management to ensure compliance of welding quality with relevant standards.The study aims to provide comprehensive and practical weld quality management strategies for equipment supervision.关键词
