Abstract
To address the issues of significant aerodynamic pressure fluctuations and excessive noise levels in semi-high-speed subway trains,this study investigates the integrated working mechanism of pressure wave protection devices and door auxiliary locks.Through structural analysis and experimental validation,it is revealed that the auxiliary lock noise primarily originates from the bimetal impact mechanism between the lock tongue-lock buckle and the inner swing arm-stop shaft.Six noise control strategies are proposed,and a combination scheme incorporating an aluminum alloy profile lock body,buffer head installation,and throttle valve optimization is identified via multifaceted experimental comparisons.The results demonstrate a noise attenuation of 21 dB(A),providing an economically feasible technical pathway for retrofitting existing lines and manufacturing new trains.关键词
