前列腺癌内分泌治疗病人疾病适应性需求的质性研究
Qualitative study on adaptive needs of prostate cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the adaptive needs of prostate cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy,and to provide evidence for the construction of targeted intervention programs.Methods:A phenomenological study method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 17 prostate cancer patients and 10 medical staff who received endocrine therapy in a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanghai from December 2022 to April 2023.Colaizzi 7 step analysis method was used to sort out and analyze the data.Results:Interviews with a total of 836 minutes duration were conducted,151 703 texts were transcribed,and 3 themes and 8 sub-themes were extracted.The three themes were self-management needs,psychological support needs,and social support needs.Conclusions:Prostate cancer patients face significant challenges in disease adaptation due to the impact of symptom distress and psychological burden.Medical staff should attach great importance to disease adaptation,explore coping strategies in depth,and promote doctor-patient collaboration with the help of chronic disease leadership framework,so as to enhance the adaptability of patients.关键词
