Treatment of stroke based on the theory of"yang governs qi transformation and yin governs form"through the governor vessel approach

Abstract
Under the guidance of the theory"yang governs qi transformation and yin governs form",it is posited that insufficient"yang transformation of qi"constitutes the pathological foundation of stroke onset,while excessive"yin formation of substance"serves as a critical predisposing factor.The Governor Vessel theory aligns with the yin-yang qi transformation doctrine,permeating the entire disease progression.In stroke treatment based on Governor Vessel theory,the obstruction of the Governor Vessel is identified as the meridian-system basis for stroke pathogenesis,with unblocking this vessel emerging as a pivotal therapeutic approach.Implementing stage-specific Governor Vessel regulation protocols according to stroke progression enables precise treatment,thereby facilitating patient recovery.This comprehensive strategy integrates traditional meridian theory with modern phased treatment principles to optimize clinical outcomes.关键词
