负压静脉留置针滴液穿刺法在高龄老年病人静脉穿刺中的应用效果
Application effect of negative pressure venous indwelling needle drip puncture in venipuncture of elderly patients

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of negative pressure venous indwelling needle drip puncture in venipuncture of elderly patients.Methods:A total of 200 elderly patients hospitalized in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases each.In the control group,the conventional venous indentation needle puncture was used.And in the observation group,the negative pressure venous indwelling needle drip puncture was used.The success rate of puncture,indwelling time of venous indwelling needle,pain score and satisfaction of patients during puncture were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of puncture,retention time and satisfaction of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions:The negative pressure venous indwelling needle drip puncture could effectively improve the success rate of difficult venous puncture in elderly patients,prolong the indwelling time of venous indwelling needle,and improve the satisfaction of patients.关键词
