摘要

Abstract

To fully utilize ZnOH+species and ensure suitable acidity,low-concentration Zn(NO3)2 solution was used to modify HZSM-5 and a methanol aromatization catalyst was gained.XRD,FTIR,N2adsorption-desorption,XPS,NH3-TPD,Py-FTIR,and TG-DTG were employed to investigate effects of low-load Zn(0.1%-0.5%(w))on performance of the catalyst.The results indicate that the modified catalyst retains its MFI structure with no significant changes in pore type.Compared with the high-load(>0.5%(w)),when the load is low,the interaction between Zn and framework Al is stronger.The decline extent of strong acids and B acids is smaller,B acid to L acid ratio is higher,the average carbon deposition rate of catalyst is lower,and the lifespan of catalyst is longer.Among the low loadings,Zn0.2-HZ5 exhibits a stronger interaction between Zn and framework Al with more excellent catalytic activity.
