基于BOPPPS模式的教学方法在养老护理员规范化培训中的应用
Application of teaching method based on BOPPPS model in standardized training of geriatric caregivers

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of teaching method based on BOPPPS model in standardized training of geriatric caregivers.Methods:A total of 100 geriatric caregivers in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Totally 50 geriatric caregivers received training from January to March 2024 were selected as the control group.And 50 geriatric caregivers received training from April to June 2024 were selected as the observation group.The geriatric caregivers of control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The geriatric caregivers of observation group adopted the training teaching model based on the BOPPPS model.The results of theoretical and operational assessment,autonomic learning ability and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of theoretical and operational assessment,autonomic learning ability and satisfaction of geriatric caregivers in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The application of teaching method based on BOPPPS model in standardized training of geriatric caregivers could improve the examination results and autonomic learning ability of geriatric caregivers,and improve the teaching effect.关键词
