血液科医生对高级执业护师角色的认知与期望:一项质性研究
Cognition and expectation about the role of nurse practitioner among hematology clinicians:a qualitative study

Abstract
Objective:To explore the cognition and expectation about the role of nurse practitioner among hematology clinicians,and to provide reference for post setting and practice content design of nurse practitioner in hematology department.Methods:Based on the principle of maximum difference,a total of 13 hematology doctors from four tertiary grade A hospitals in Shanxi province were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews from January to February 2023 by using objective sampling method.The seven-step Colaizzi analysis method was used for meaning construction,topic clustering and feedback verification.Results:A total of 5 themes were extracted:the solver of complex clinical nursing problems,the independent decision maker within the scope of nurse practice,the coordinator promoting the close cooperation between medical and patient,the educator of blood nursing profession,and the researcher leading the development of blood nursing profession.Conclusions:Hematology clinicians believe that the role of nurse practitioner is needed in clinical practice.They have clear expectations for the role of nurse practitioner.关键词
