基于知信行模型的容量管理在慢性心力衰竭病人中的应用效果
Application effect of volume management based on knowledge,attitude,practice model in patients with chronic heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of volume management based on knowledge,attitude,practice(KAP)model in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in the heart center of our hospital from July 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.There were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing.The observation group was supplemented by volume management guided by KAP model.After 3 months of follow-up,cardiac functional grading,NT-pro BNP level,6 min walking test(6MWT),quality of life,readmission rate and satisfaction were evaluated in both groups.Results:After 3 months of follow-up,the cardiac functional grading,NT-pro BNP level,6MWT,quality of life score,readmission rate and satisfaction score in observation group were better than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Volume management guided by KAP model could effectively improve the prognosis and the quality of life,and reduce the readmission rate of patients with chronic heart failure.关键词
