中医舌象客观化技术的可视化分析
Visual analysis of tongue image objectification technique in traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the current research status in the field of tongue diagnosis objectivization using visual analysis software VOSviewer and R software.[Methods]With tongue diagnosis objectivization as the research topic,this research searched such databases as China Knowledge Network(CNKI),WanFang Database,China Biomedical Literature Database(SinoMed),PubMed,Embase,and Web of Science,covering the period from the start of each database to December 31,2021.Visual mapping analysis of author and institutional collaboration networks,keywords,etc.was performed using VOSviewer and R software.[Results]A total of 1 428 Chinese literature and 569 English literature were included,and the number of published papers showed a fluctuating upward trend.Several mature research teams have been formed:while most of them are domestic,a few other teams feature national and international cooperation,but there are a limited number of cross-regional exchanges and cooperation.Domestic research teams are mainly established in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)universities and their affiliated hospitals as well as some engineering universities with a focus on tongue detection and analysis and the combination of TCM fundamental theories and clinical application.On the other hand,international teams,whose research concentrates mainly on the processing and analysis of tongue image parameters by computer and artificial intelligence technology,are mostly engineering universities or comprehensive universities.[Conclusion]This study adopts the research method of knowledge mapping to visualize the research overview of tongue objectification,which provides a reference for the research direction of tongue objectification.关键词
