一种耐高温自组装酸化转向用聚合物的合成与评价
Synthesis and evaluation of a high-temperature resistant self-assembling polymer for acidification diverting

Abstract
To solve the problem of uniform acid distribution in heterogeneous reservoirs,a novel betaine monomer 1-vinyl-3-propylimidazole sulfonate(PVIS)was synthesized through molecular structure design.A high-temperature resistant self-assembly acidification diverting polymer(ADP)was synthesized by free radical polymerization with acrylamide(AM)and octadecyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride(DMAAC-18)through aqueous solution.The ADP and the cation surfactant stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(STAC)were compounded to optimize the matching diverting acid solution for acidification of carbonate reservoirs.The samples were analyzed by FTIR,1H NMR,SEM,particle size analysis,and high-temperature rheological test.The experimental results show that the optimal synthesis conditions of ADP are as follows:n(AM)∶n(PVIS)∶n(DMAAC-18)=73.5∶81∶3,monomer content of 30%(w),initiator dosage of 0.6%(w),reaction temperature of 50 ℃,reaction time of 6 h.The structure of ADP is consistent with the design structure.The self-diverting acid solution is prepared by ADP and surfactant STAC dissolved in 20%(w)HCl solution under optimized synthesis conditions.Its apparent viscosity can reach 280 mPa·s after the complete reaction with calcium carbonate at 90 ℃,which has good viscoelasticity and can achieve acidification diverting.The apparent viscosity of the steering acid has a high retention rate,indicating that the steering acid has excellent temperature and shear resistance.关键词
