Abstract
This paper summarized the concepts,methods,steps and importance of optimal allocation of human resources,as well as the research status of optimal allocation of nursing human resources at home and abroad.So as to provide reference for nursing managers to carry out optimal allocation of nursing human resources,save the cost of nursing human resources while taking into account patient safety,and constantly improve the quality and efficiency of nursing human resources allocation.关键词
