中药单体及复方调控TGF-β1/Smad信号通路改善糖尿病肾病中足细胞损伤的研究进展
Research progress of Chinese herbal monomer and compound regulating TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway to improve podocyte injury in diabetic nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)has become a worldwide public health problem and the prevention and treatment of DKD as the main cause of end-stage renal is critical.Podocyte injury is an important pathological basis for the formation and progression of diabetic nephropathy, and the main injury patterns include podocyte hypertrophy, podocyte epithelial-mesenchymal transition, podocyte detachment, and podocyte apoptosis, and are associated with autophagy, inflammatory response, and oxidative stress,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),mitochondrial dysfunction, and many other aspects.Studies have shown that the transforming growth factor 1(TGF-β1)/Smad signaling pathway plays an important role in foot cell injury, while with the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),its multi-target,multi-component,multi-faceted,low adverse reaction advantages are gradually recognized,in clinical use and western medicine with proper matching, can receive twice the effect with half the effort. In recent years, studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine monomers and compound formulas can effectively reduce podocyte injury and thus improve renal function. The review summarizes the basic structure of the TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway and its relationship with DKD.It also explores the current research status of TCM in regulating this signaling pathway to improve podocyte damage and protect renal function. The aim is to provide new ideas and directions for the prevention and treatment of DKD.关键词
