抗氧化高分子在生物医学应用中的研究进展
Research progress in antioxidant macromolecules applied in biomedicine
摘要
Abstract
Antioxidants have been widely regarded as a kind of potential therapeutics thanks to their capabilities of delaying and/or inhibiting oxidative stress in the pathological micro-environment.Compared with similar small molecules,antioxidant macromolecules have better stability and longer retention time,resulting in stronger reactive oxygen species(ROS)scavenging ability in vivo.Common antioxidant macromolecules with different antioxidant groups were reviewed.The structure of functional groups,mechanism of ROS scavenging,preparation methods,and application of these polymers in biomedical fields were introduced.Their advantages and challenges were further discussed.关键词
