Abstract
Objective To analyze the cervical cancer screening results of rural women aged 35-64 years in Si County in Suzhou City from 2021 to 2023,and to understand the reproductive health status of rural women in Si County,and to provide evidence for adjusting prevention and control measures of cervical cancer.Methods Thin-prep cytology test,colposcopy and cervical histopathology examination were carried out in rural women in Si County,Suzhou City from 2021 to 2023,and the screening results in different years and ages were analyzed.Results From 2021 to 2023,34,710 rural women participated in cervical cancer screening in Si County,Suzhou City.The detection rate of cervical low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion was 685.68/100,000(238/34,710),and there was no significant difference in the detection rate among different years(P>0.05).The detection rate of precancerous lesion was 449.44/100,000(156/34,710),and showed an increasing trend year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of cervical cancer was 14.41/100,000(5/34,710),and there was no significant difference in detection rate of each year(P>0.05).The highest detection rate of cervical lesions was 47.87%(191/399)in 45-54 years old.Conclusion From 2021 to 2023,the detection rate of cervical precancerous lesion in rural women in Si County increased year by year,and the detection rate of cervical cancer was at a low level.The age 45-54 years old has a high incidence of cervical lesions.Regular cervical cancer screening is of great significance for the detection of precancerous lesion.关键词
