摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in emergency rescue of children with craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 72 children with craniocranial trauma in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(n=36,high-quality nursing intervention)and control group(n=36,routine nursing intervention)by random number table method.National Institute Health of stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)score,total complication rate,compliance and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS score of observation group after nursing was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The FMA scores of the upper and lower limbs in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the GQOLI-74 scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total family satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention in the emergency rescue of children with craniocerebral trauma can promote the recovery of neurological function and limb motor function,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and the compliance of children and family satisfaction is high.关键词
