Abstract
Objective To explore and compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and hysteroscopic myomectomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with hysteromyoma treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Second People's Hospital of Fuyang City from April 2019 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into group A(50 cases,laparoscopic myomectomy)and group B(50 cases,hysteroscopic myomectomy).The clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The intraoperative blood loss in group B was less than that in group A,and the operation time,postoperative first anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in group A(P<0.05).The pain scores at 3,6 and 12 hours after operation in group B was lower than those in group A(P<0.05).There were no differences in sex hormone levels between the two groups before operation and at 6 months after operation(P>0.05).The sex hormone levels of the two groups at 6 months after operation were different from those before operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group B(4.00%)was lower than that in group A(18.00%),and the success rate of pregnancy at 1 year after operation in group B(36.00%)was higher than that in group A(18.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy and hysteroscopic myomectomy have certain clinical effect in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Compared with laparoscopic myomectomy,hysteroscopic myomectomy has less intraoperative blood loss and few complications,and the success rate of pregnancy in 1 year after surgery is higher.关键词
