呼吸系统疾病患儿居家雾化依从性的影响因素
Influencing factors of compliance with home aerosol inhalation in children with respiratory diseases

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of compliance with home aerosol inhalation in children with respiratory diseases.Methods A total of 120 children with respiratory diseases in Boshan District People's Hospital of Zibo and received home aerosol inhalation treatment from January 1 to December 31,2023 were selected as the study objects,and the compliance of home aerosol inhalation of the children was analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate analysis.Results Univariate analysis showed that the compliance of home aerosol inhalation in children with respiratory diseases was not related to age,gender,gender of family members,and home aerosol inhalation method(P>0.05),but was related to family education,crying and cooperate of children,family aerosol inhalation education,aerosol inhalation time,attention intervention during aerosol inhalation,and family concerns about glucocorticoid adverse reactions(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that family members'education level of high school or below,children's uncooperative crying,family members'lack of aerosol inhalation education,aerosol inhalation time≥20 minutes,no attention intervention during aerosol inhalation,and family members'concerns about glucocorticoid adverse reactions were independent influencing factors of compliance with home aerosol inhalation in children with respiratory diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion The compliance of home aerosol inhalation in children with respiratory diseases is affected by the crying situation of children,the cognition of family members,and the time of atomization inhalation,etc.Clinical attention should be paid to carrying out corresponding measures to improve the compliance of home aerosol inhalation in children.关键词
