摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of humanized nursing based on PDCA cycle mode in the nursing of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia in Maternity and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received humanized nursing based on PDCA cycle mode.The time of symptom relief(cough,lung rales,shortness of breath relief time and fever remission time),length of hospital stay,and mood changes before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The time of symptom relief and length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing based on PDCA circulation model is effective for children with Mycoplasma pneumonia,which can alleviate the anxiety of children,promote the alleviation of clinical symptoms and speed up recovery.关键词
