"互联网+"儿童免疫接种管理新模式的构建与应用
Construction and application of the mew model of"Internet+"in children's immunization management
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish"Internet+"child immunization management model and evaluate its application effect.Methods A total of 500 immunized children from 5 community health centers under the jurisdiction of Futian Center for Chronic Disease Control of Shenzhen from March to May 2023 were selected as the experimental group to carry out 1-year"Internet+"children's immunization management mode intervention,and 500 children from the other 5 community health centers were selected as the control group for routine management.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,the mastery rate of parents'knowledge about immunization in the experimental group and control group was 44.0%and 45.0%,and the parents'anxiety score for immunization were(58.83±7.32)and(59.02±6.58)points,respectively.After one year of intervention,the mastery rate of parents'knowledge about immunization in the experimental group and control group was increased(90.0%and 65.4%),and the parents'anxiety score for immunization decreased([36.62±4.23]and[46.63±5.74]points),and the mastery rate of parents'knowledge about immunization in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the parents'anxiety score for immunization was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate with vaccination management of parents in the experimental group(95.6%)was higher than that in the control group(83.4%)(P<0.05).The immunization cooperation rate(82.6%)and timely immunization rate(92.0%)of children in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(58.8%and 76.0%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the immunization anxiety score of children in the experimental group([2.31±0.42]points)was lower than that in the control group([4.24±0.68]points)(P<0.05).Conclusion The model of"Internet+"in children's immunization management can promote children's cooperation in immunization and improve parents'awareness,which is worth promoting and applying.关键词
