Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of thumb-tack needle in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchiolitis who were hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics,Gaoyou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment,and the experimental group received thumb-tack needle therapy on the basis of the control group.The symptom improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom scores in both groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,and the scores of cough,wheezing sound and wheezing in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion The clinical effect of thumb-tack needle in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis is good,which can improve the clinical symptoms of children and is worth promoting.关键词
