基于监测数据的混凝土箱梁桥竖向温度梯度分布研究
Monitoring data-based study on vertical temperature gradient distribution in concrete box girder bridges

Abstract
Based on the long-term temperature monitoring of a concrete box girder bridge and combining it with the meteorological data of the site,we used a simulation analysis method and the finite-element software to establish a spatio-temporal model of the temperature field of this bridge.Based on this model,we analyzed how the major meteorological factors influence the vertical temperature gradient of the concrete box girder,studied the distribution pattern of its most unfavorable vertical temperature gradient under extreme weather conditions,and made a comparison with the current standard.The results indicated that the calculated temperatures of the concrete box girder are highly consistent with the monitored values,demonstrating that the method proposed is reasonable and accurate.Solar radiation exerts a significant influence on the vertical temperature gradient of the concrete box girder,whereas the impacts of air temperature and wind speed are relatively minor.There exists a certain discrepancy between the most unfavorable vertical temperature gradient distribution pattern of concrete box girder bridges and the double-broken-line temperature gradient pattern specified in the current code.It should be noted that the code does not take into account the vertical temperature gradient at the upper part of the web and the bottom plate of the bridge.关键词
