Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of traditional high ligation of hernia sac and single-port laparoscopic extraperitoneal ligation in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 80 children with inguinal hernia admitted to Zhenfeng County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received traditional high ligation of hernia sac, while the observation group received single-port laparoscopic extraperitoneal ligation. The perioperative situation, detection rate of contralateral occult hernia, pain score, clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incision length in the observation group was shorter, the intraoperative blood loss was less, the operation time, the first postoperative exhaust time, the time of getting out of bed and the postoperative hospital stay were shorter, and the detection rate of occult contralateral hernia was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the pain score of the observation group was lower at 12,24,36 and 48 hours after surgery(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of control group(82.50%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional high ligation of hernia sac,single-port laparoscopic extraperitoneal ligation in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia can reduce the surgical injury to a certain extent, promote postoperative recovery, improve the detection rate of contralateral occult hernia and the total treatment effective rate, and the postoperative pain degree of children is lighter.关键词
