梁繁荣教授上下关透刺配合飞经走气手法在头面疾病妙用
Professor LIANG Fanrong's Skillful Application of Penetrating Acupuncture of Shangguan and Xiaguan with Feijing Zouqi Manipulation in Treatment of Head and Facial Diseases

Abstract
Shangguan(GB 3)is associated with the gallbladder meridian of foot Shaoyang and serving as a meeting point for the hand Shaoyang,foot Yangming,and foot Shaoyang meridians.Xiaguan(ST7)is associated with the stomach meridian of foot Yang-ming and serves as a meeting point for the foot Yangming and foot Shaoyang meridians.Shangguan(GB 3)and Xiaguan(ST 7)are acupoints located on the head and face and are well-known for their efficacy in treating refractory clinical conditions such as trigem-inal neuralgia,temporomandibular joint disorders,facial nerve paralysis,and tinnitus.Clinically,needle techniques such as penetrat-ing through muscles and nerve tissues are often employed to achieve therapeutic effects.Although there is some clinical understand-ing of the Shangguan(GB 3)and Xiaguan(ST 7),there is limited research or discussion regarding the combination of penetrating acupuncture of these points with the Feijing Zouqi manipulation for treatment.Therefore,based on Professor LIANG Fanhong's clin-ical experience,as well as the classical applications of Shangguan(GB 3)and Xiaguan(ST 7),traditional meridian and collateral theory,and facial anatomical structures,this study combines traditional acupuncture techniques with modern anatomical knowledge and proposes using penetrating acupuncture of Shangguan(GB 3)and Xiaguan(ST 7)with Feijing Zouqi manipulation to enhance the efficacy of acupuncture in treating difficult conditions such as facial paralysis,temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome,trigeminal neuralgia,and tinnitus.The study delves into the meridian,collateral,and tendon effects of these acupoints on head and facial conditions,as well as the anatomical and physiological mechanisms behind different needle techniques,aiming to provide clin-ical insights and solutions for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of refractory head and facial diseases.关键词
