Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of family system nursing on vision acuity level and compliance in children with amblyopia.Methods From January to December 2020,118 children with amblyopia admitted to Linyi Bright Eye Hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into the research group and the control group using the random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the research group received family system nursing on the basis of the control group.The improvement of vision,compliance,and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and the naked vision of both groups were improved than those before nursing,and the BCVA and the naked vision in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the compliance rate of wearing glasses between the two groups(P>0.05).The compliance rate of training,covering,eye habits,and regular diet in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total family satisfaction rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of family system nursing in children with amblyopia is remarkable,which can promote vision recovery and improve the treatment compliance and family satisfaction.关键词
