摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of infant cranial abnormalities and analyze the correlation between cranial abnormalities and bone mineral density(BMD)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP).Methods A total of 330 infants diagnosed with cranial abnormalities during physical examination in the Department of Child Healthcare, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study group, and 142 normal infants matched by gender and age in the physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The difference of BMD and BALP between the two groups was compared, and the correlation between the severity of cranial abnormalities and them was analyzed. Results The proportion of male infants with cranial abnormalities was higher than that of female infants, and the proportion of 3-6 months old infants was the highest, and the incidence of mild plagiocephaly was higher. The BMD and BALP were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The BMD was negatively correlated with the severity of cranioform abnormalities(r=-0.335,P<0.05),and the BALP was positively correlated with the severity of cranioform abnormalities(r=0.441,P<0.05).Conclusion Most of the cranial abnormalities in infants are mild plagiocephaly.BMD and BALP affect cranial shape in infants.BMD is negatively correlated with the severity of cranioform abnormalities, while the BALP is positively correlated with the severity of cranioform abnormalities.Clinical screening and intervention of early cranioform abnormalities in infants should be emphasized.关键词
