摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of timeliness incentive nursing combined with remote nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 98 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Heze Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into the group A and the group B using the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The group A received remote nursing,and the group B received timeliness incentive nursing combined with remote nursing.The blood glucose level,self-care ability,nursing compliance,and incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results At the last prenatal follow-up,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBP)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in both groups were decreased than before nursing,and the levels of FBG and HbA1c in the group B were lower than those in the group A(P<0.05).At the last prenatal follow-up,the each dimension score and total score of the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the each dimension score and total score of ESCA in the group B were higher than those in the group A(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the group B was higher than that of the group A(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the group B was lower than that in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Timeliness incentive nursing combined with remote nursing for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can reduce blood glucose level,improve self-care ability,nursing compliance,and maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
