Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Lactulose combined with Houpo Paiqi Mixture in the treatment of children with functional constipation(FC).Methods According to the random number table method,82 children with FC admitted to Jinan Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lactulose,while the observation group was treated with Houpo Paiqi Mixture.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,constipation symptom improvement,blood indexes,recurrence rate and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the Wexner constipation score and Bristol stool form scale score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of somatostatin and nitric oxide in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of substance P was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lactulose combined with Houpo Paiqi Mixture has a good effect in the treatment of FC in children,which can relieve constipation symptoms,improve blood indexes and reduce recurrence,and is worth promoting.关键词
