摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with pulmonary surfactant administered via endotracheal intubation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods From April 2023 to May 2024,82 children with NRDS admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=41,single pulmonary surfactant treatment)and observation group(n=41 cases,Budesonide combined with pulmonary surfactant treatment)by drawing lots method. The clinical effect, total complication rate, vital signs and rehabilitation scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.56%)was higher than that of the control group(82.93%)(χ2=4.9865,P=0.0255).The total complication rate of the observation group(4.88%)was lower than that of the control group(19.51%)(χ2=4.1000,P=0.0429).After 3 days of treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the heart rate and respiratory rate were lower than those of the control group, the scores of neonatal critical illness rating scale, simple neonatal emergency physiology-Ⅱ,and pediatric risk of mortality-Ⅲ were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Budesonide combined with pulmonary surfactant administered via endotracheal intubation in the treatment of NRDS is good, which can improve vital signs and reduce the severity of the disease, and is worthy of promotion.关键词
