摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of demand-oriented nursing in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 108 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy admitted to Xi'an Aerospace General Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into control group(n=54)and study group(n=54)according to lottery method.The control group received traditional nursing,while the study group received demand-oriented nursing based on traditional nursing.The comfort level,self-perceived burden,psychological resilience and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of general comfort questionnaire,Connor-Davidson resilience scale and total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while the score of self-perceived burden scale was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of demand-oriented nursing for patients with laparoscopic myomectomy plays an obvious role in improving postoperative comfort and reducing psychological burden,the satisfaction of patients is high,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.关键词
