摘要

Abstract

As a supporting project of the Xiaolangdi Key Water Control Works,the Xixiayuan Counter-Regulation Reservoir suffers significant loss of effective storage capacity,directly affecting the comprehensive benefits of the reservoir.Accurate calculation of floodplain and main channel evolution is crucial for the operation and management of the reservoir.On the basis of a one-dimensional mathematical model of reser-voir water and sediment,this study proposed a calculation method for floodplain and main channel evolution in the Xixiayuan Reservoir,drawing on the calculation method for river floodplain and main channel evolution.The calculation method was applied to the floodplain and main channel evolution of Xixiayuan Reservoir in 2018 and 2020.The reliable results in the reservoir area confirmed the feasibility of the method.
