Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of personalized nursing on medical compliance behavior,pregnancy outcomes and psychological state of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Qufu People's Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were enrolled,all of them had singleton pregnancies,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.Forty patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and 40 cases in the observation group were given personalized nursing intervention.The clinical intervention value of the two groups was compared.Results The score of medical compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of psychological state in the observation group after intervention was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized nursing plan for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can better improve pregnancy outcomes,psychological state,and medical compliance behavior.关键词
