摘要

Abstract

Accurate identification and analysis of useful information in online reviews can provide important support for enterprises to efficiently carry out product innovation.From the perspective of scenario analysis,this paper carries out research on the generation of product innovation schemes based on the usefulness of online reviews.First,keywords are extracted from negative reviews,and a model of influencing factors of review usefulness combining structural and semantic features is built to identify useful reviews.Product features that need to be improved are selected by using the topic model.Secondly,the relevant useful reviews are screened,and the existing and potential problems of the product in different use scenarios are explored based on scenario analysis.Finally,the innovative elements are obtained from the patent text,and a generation framework of product innovation schemes is proposed by combining TRIZ.The empirical research part takes the vacuum cleaning robot as an example to verify the feasibility of the proposed framework,which can provide decision-making basis for enterprises to improve innovation efficiency,reduce innovation costs,and reduce the risk of blind innovation.
