育龄人群优生优育健康认知情况及其影响因素分析
Analysis of the health cognition of eugenics and its influencing factors among people of childbearing age

Abstract
Objective To investigate the health cognition of eugenics and its influencing factors among people of childbearing age,and to put forward feasible suggestions for health education of eugenics before pregnancy.Methods From October 2022 to December 2023,600 young people of childbearing age who participated in premarital examination and pre-pregnancy examination in Tianshui Qinzhou District Women and Children Health Hospital were randomly selected as the research objects,and 497 valid questionnaires were collected.The awareness of health knowledge eugenic in people of childbearing age was counted,and influencing factors were analyzed using multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The pass rate of the health knowledge questionnaire on eugenics among people of childbearing age was 21.13%.The results of single factor analysis showed that gender,age,education level,occupation,family annual income,the number of pregnancy preparation and the convenience of medical treatment were related to the health cognition of eugenia(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that gender,age,and education level were the influencing factors of health cognition of eugenics in people of childbearing age(P<0.05).Conclusion Male,age,and education level can affect the health cognition level of childbearing age people.Government health departments should strengthen the publicity and education of health knowledge of eugenics among male of childbearing age,enrich the publicity means of health knowledge of eugenics and birth defects,and promote the publicity of new media,so as to enhance the attention of the population of childbearing age to eugenics.关键词
