Abstract
Objective To analyze the prevalence rate of poor vision,dental caries and obesity among students in a junior high school in Beijing from 2017 to 2022,and to provide ideas and references for further targeted health intervention measures.Methods The physical examination data of students in Beijing Shijingshan District Experimental Middle School from September 2017 to July 2022 were collected and analyzed.The prevalence of common diseases such as poor vision,dental caries and obesity of students in the five academic years were analyzed.Results In the 2017-2022 academic year,a total of 2920 students were examined,including 1415 boys and 1505 girls.In the 2017-2022 academic year,the detection rate of poor vision was 79.18%(5.75%for mild,17.98%for moderate and 55.45%for severe visual impairment),the detection rate of malnutrition was 5.41%,the detection rate of overweight was 17.26%,and the detection rate of obesity was 17.88%,the detection rate of dental caries was 29.86%.There were differences in the detection rates of dental caries and mild poor vision in the 2017-2022 academic year(P<0.05).Conclusion In the 2017-2022 academic year,poor vision is the most common disease,the detection rate of dental caries is at a high level,and the students have double problems of malnutrition and overnutrition.关键词
