Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of different doses of Remimazolam Tosilate combined with Propofol in hysteroscopy.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent hysteroscopy in Zhongshan Hospital of First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January to May 2024 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the low-dose group(30 cases,0.1 mg/kg Remimazolam Tosilate combined with 0.5 mg/kg Propofol)and the high-dose group(30 cases,0.2 mg/kg Remimazolam Tosilate combined with 0.5 mg/kg Propofol)based on the parity of admission numbers.The anesthesia effects and awakening quality,the heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),and oxygen saturation of blood(SpO2)before anesthesia induction,after successful induction,10 minutes of hysteroscopy(T2),and after examination(T3),postoperative pain level and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time of anesthesia induction in the high-dose group was shorter than that in the low-dose group,and the number of additional sedative drug was fewer than that in the low-dose group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the awakening time and anesthesia recovery room retention time between the two groups(P>0.05).At T2 and T3,the MAP in the high-dose group was higher than that in the low-dose group,while the HR was lower than that in the low-dose group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in SpO2 between the two groups(P>0.05).At 8 and 12 hours after surgery,the pain score of the high-dose group was lower than that of the low-dose group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of 0.2 mg/kg Remimazolam Tosilate combined with Propofol during hysteroscopy can help stabilize hemodynamic indicators,improve anesthesia effects and awakening quality,and reduce postoperative pain.关键词
