摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the current research status and hotspots of children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura based on bibliometric analysis,and explore the research trends in this field.Methods The relevant articles about children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura were collected from the establishment of the database to November 15,2024,and the software such as Microsoft Office Excel 2017 and CiteSpace were applied to make bibliometric analysis,in order to clarify the research status and hotspot evolution about this topic.Results In terms of research process,this field had roughly gone through three periods,with the current level of attention in the field having declined.The research subjects were mainly traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities or their affiliated hospitals,but no highly influential authors or institutions had emerged.The research direction mainly focused on the clinical related issues of children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura.In terms of research content,emphasis was placed on the diagnosis,treatment,and efficacy of children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura.The forefront of this field focused on immune function,recurrence and clinical treatment efficacy.Conclusion This study systematically summarizes the current research status and hot changes in the field of children Henoch-Schönlein purpura based on bibliometric analysis,which can provide corresponding reference for the further development in this field.关键词
