Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium in pediatric acute bronchitis.Methods Children with pediatric acute bronchitis(n=80)admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were included as the research subjects and divided into the reference group(n=40,treated with simple Ceftriaxone Sodium)and the observation group(n=40,treated with Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium)according to the random number table method,and the application effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,compared with the reference group,the serum inflammatory factor levels(interleukin-4 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein)in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance(cough,lung wet rales,and fever)in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium in pediatric acute bronchitis can improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors,accelerate the disappearance time of symptoms,and the clinical efficacy is remarkable.关键词
