Abstract
In order to enhance the ability of China's scientific-technical information undertaking to support the development of national science and technology competition strategy under the new situation,and explore the development path of scientific-technical information system facing competition among big countries,this paper analyzes five main scientific-technical information subjects and their working methods.The multi-agent correlation model of scientific-technical information is constructed.At the same time,based on the closed-loop mechanism of scientific-technical information flow that begins with market demand and ends with market test,three information flow paths of enterprise autonomy closed-loop,procurement of science and technology services closed-loop,and multi-agent cross-domain collaboration circulation are further constructed.Among them,the multi-agent cross-domain collaboration circulation mode of scientific-technical information agency as the center of information flow is the most ideal and efficient practice path.关键词
