小柴胡汤防治慢性胃炎的研究进展
Research Progress on Xiaochaihu Decoction in Preventing and Treating Chronic Gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Chronic gastritis(CG)is one of the most common digestive system diseases,influenced by multiple factors.It is charac-terized by prolonged gastric mucosal inflammation,a long disease course,distressing symptoms,and a high recurrence rate,imposing a significant physical and psychological burden on patients.Xiaochaihu Decoction is a classical prescription used in clinical practice for a long time,which is first recorded in ZHANG Zhongjing's Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases(Shang Han Za Bing Lun).Its main functions include harmonizing Shaoyang,regulating the stomach to alleviate counterflow,and strengthening healthy qi while expelling pathogenic factors.In recent years,clinical studies and literature reports have shown that Xiaochaihu De-coction,when modified or combined with other prescriptions,exerts synergistic effects in treating CG of different pathomechanisms and severity levels.Its therapeutic mechanisms primarily involve anti-inflammatory and antibacterial actions,immune regulation,mucosal repair,modulation of gastrointestinal hormones,and promotion of gastrointestinal motility.关键词
