Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Methylprednisolone combined with Budesonide in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and its impact on myocardial enzyme indicators and inflammatory factor levels. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Beijing East District Children's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023.All the children were divided into the observation group and the control group based on different treatment plans, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Budesonide, while the observation group was treated with Budesonide combined with Methylprednisolone. The therapeutic effects, levels of inflammatory factors, and myocardial enzyme indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)decreased in both groups, and compared with the control group, the observation group had lower levels(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of aspartate transferase(AST)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)decreased in both groups, and compared with the control group, the observation group had lower levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Methylprednisolone combined with Budesonide in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia is better, which can reduce the levels of TNF-α,IFN-γ,AST,and LDH.关键词
