Therapeutic Effect and Mechanism of Chinese Medicine Monomers on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome:A Review
摘要
Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PC OS)is a reproductive endocrine disorder resulting from the interaction of multiple fac-tors.Its pathogenesis is closely related to glucose and lipid metabolism,obesity,sex hormone imbalances,chronic inflammatory re-sponses,and oxidative stress,rather than being caused by a single factor.Chinese medicine monomers have been used for the treat-ment of PC OS,with mechanisms primarily involving the improvement of abnormal glucose metabolism,obesity and lipid metabolism disorders,endocrine and reproductive dysfunction,chronic inflammation,and oxidative stress.关键词
