摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of human papilloma virus(HPV)E6/E7 mRNA in cervical cancer screening.Methods A total of 200 women who underwent cervical cancer screening in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2023 to June 2024 were included,all of them underwent HPV E6/E7mRNA test,and the results were analyzed with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard.Results HPV E6/E7mRNA was detected positively in 101 cases and negatively in 99 cases.The Kappa test revealed a high degree of concordance between HPV E6/E7mRNA detection and pathological diagnosis(Kappa=0.869,P<0.001).Conclusion HPV E6/E7mRNA in cervical cancer screening has high application value and can be used as an effective measure for cervical lesion screening and follow-up management to further improve the accuracy and effectiveness of screening.关键词
