环境规制对南水北调中线工业绿色全要素生产率的影响
Effect of Environmental Regulations on the Green Total Factor Productivity of Industries Along the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project
摘要
Abstract
Reasonable environmental regulation policies are conducive to improving the efficiency of green economy and promoting high-quali-ty economic development.Based on the panel data of water-receiving cities of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project from 2009 to 2021,this paper used super-efficiency SBM model to measure the industrial green total factor productivity(TFP)of the water-receiving area,and adopted spatial Durbin model and threshold model to analyze the spatial effects and nonlinear impacts of different types of environmental regulations on industrial green TFP.The conclusions are as follows:during the whole study period,the industrial green TFP of the water-receiving area is decreased by 15.01%.The relatively backward green production technology is the main reason to drag down the in-dustrial green development.Both investment-type and incentive-type environmental regulation are conducive to the improvement of industrial green TFP,and with the increase of environmental regulation intensity,this promoting effect becomes more and more prominent.Both types of environmental regulation have a single threshold effect on industrial green TFP,and environmental regulation with a high threshold range is more conducive to improving industrial green TFP.It shows that there is a nonlinear relationship between environmental regulation and indus-trial green TFP.The impact of the two types of environmental regulations on industrial green TFP is different in different periods.After the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion is put into operation,the promoting effect of environmental regulations is signifi-cantly enhanced compared with that before the operation.关键词
