摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive psychological behavioral intervention based on the Roy adaptation model in the nursing of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods From January 2021 to January 2024,64 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Beijing Xicheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital were included in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group.The control group(32 cases)implemented routine nursing,and the observation group(32 cases)implemented cognitive psychological behavioral intervention based on Roy adaptation model on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,comfort and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were decreased,and the comfort score and self-efficacy score were increased after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive psychological behavioral intervention based on Roy adaptation model in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can improve their psychological state,comfort and self-efficacy.关键词
