Exploration on the Cooperation Mechanism of China-Kazakhstan Oil and Gas Resources Industry under the Belt and Road Initiative

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the current situation of oil and gas resource industry cooperation be-tween China and Kazakhstan under the Belt and Road Initiative,the paper discussed the cooperation mecha-nism of the two countries'oil and gas resource industry.The SWOT method was used to discuss the opportuni-ties and challenges faced by the oil and gas resources industrial cooperation between the two countries,espe-cially the market supply and demand,industrial cooperation environment,industrial cooperation opportunities and geopolitical threats.Thus,EPIC China-Kazakhstan oil and gas resource industry cooperation mechanism is proposed,aiming to promote the high-quality development of the oil and gas resource industry cooperation between the two countries and jointly promote the construction of the"Belt and Road"through energy policy docking,transportation pipeline construction,industrial capital docking,oil and gas chemical industry invest-ment.关键词
