Data-Driven Reinforcement Integration Design System
摘要
Abstract
The development of steel reinforcement detailed design tools faces challenges such as low capability in creating reinforcement for irregular components,low level of intelligence in reinforcement generation,and limited ability in data-linked modifications.In order to ad-dress these issues,a data-driven integrated reinforcement design system had been developed,which enabled data-driven creation of reinforce-ment models,quantity takeoff,drawing generation,and visual representation.Data collection and management were realized through a collab-orative design Web platform,while the client side was based on Revit and CAD software,combined with C#and C++development tools to achieve productized expression of reinforcement design data.For conventional components,reinforcement data templates were established,and reinforcement models were automatically generated through programming.For irregular components,methods such as geometric parametric reconstruction,algorithmic enumeration description,and differential fitting algorithm for curved reinforcement were used to achieve automatic reinforcement placement.The program also enabled automatic numbering and coloring of reinforcement,visual representa-tion of complex joint reinforcement,generation of two-dimensional and three-dimensional reinforcement drawings.The developed integrated reinforcement design system can effectively improves the efficiency of reinforcement design,and meet the needs of different application sce-narios.关键词
