陕西省低碳经济发展水平测度及其影响因素分析
Measurement of Low Carbon Economic Development Level and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors in Shaanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
Developing low-carbon economy is an important measure to realize the high-quality devel-opment of regional economy.Based on the panel data of Shaanxi Province and 10 prefecture-level cities from 2011 to 2022,a comprehensive evaluation system of low-carbon economic development level was constructed from six dimensions such as energy structure to measure the low-carbon economic development level of Shaanxi Province.The results show that the development level of low-carbon economy in Shaanxi Province and other regions and cities in the province is increasing year by year;The gap of low carbon economic devel-opment level between Guanzhong,northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi has a trend of further widening.There are significant differences in the development level of low-carbon economy among cities,Xi'an is the highest,but Shangluo is the lowest;With the exception of low-carbon industries,the overall development level of low-carbon economy in all dimensions is improving;The quality of the population,the level of opening up to the outside world and the development of digital inclusive finance have significantly promoted the development lev-el of low-carbon economy in Shaanxi.Shaanxi and its cities should implement the strategy of low-carbon e-conomic development,and promote the transformation of economic development mode to low-carbon by means of talent support and financial support.关键词
